If you have panic attacks stop drinking CAFFEINE (It's not helping matters)
There is a thing called Caffeine Allergy. It can be serious. Google magic my friends.
Need-less-to-say a long time ago I use to be really big on this board. Posting away I did, about all my fears of dying and that I had cancer or some other kind of disease. At that time I was only putting maybe 2 sodas a day down (Nothing major). I had panic attacks and delirium.
Went to the doctor... Got put on antidepressants I didn't need... Nor did I take.
Until I found this article about Caffeine Allergies... Taking a step back I looked at the symptoms I had. It even caused me to have a drug rash which of course at the time I thought was some hideous thing that was going to claim my life. Toxicity of the body... Not a good thing.
Now.... I've been off of Caffeine for more than a year now... I have no rash... No Anxiety... I'm not 100% better but besides being a little fatigued I am great.
I drink the occasional. But I still get that adrenaline rush of a panic attack every time I do.
I urge you to take a step back and look at what you consume day to day...
Could any of it be inducing your panic attacks?
